Job Title: Mentor for Entrepreneurs – Yuvapreneurs Project (Kotik Foundation)

Work Mode: Flexible / Remote / Contractual

Compensation: Income as per your work done or incentive basis (no fixed salary structure)

About the Project:

Yuvapreneurs is an initiative of Kotik Foundation aimed at empowering young entrepreneurs, and small business owners across India. Through this project, we connect aspiring entrepreneurs with experienced mentors who can guide them in building, managing, and scaling their ventures successfully.

We are inviting passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join us as Mentors for Entrepreneurs under this mission-driven program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to startups, small businesses.
  • Share practical knowledge in business setup, planning, strategy, and marketing.
  • Help entrepreneurs improve their business skills, productivity, and growth.
  • Conduct online/offline mentoring sessions, workshops, or consultations.
  • Support skill-based and livelihood projects under Kotik Foundation's initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Individuals with experience or skills in any business domain such as:
  • Entrepreneurship and Startup Development
  • Marketing and Sales
  • Technology and Innovation
  • Artisanal and Handmade Business
  • Finance, Operations, or Management
  • Digital Skills or Product Development
  • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
  • Commitment to support youth and community entrepreneurship.
