**Job Role**:
As a **Remote Fitness Coach**, you will:

- Conduct one-on-one virtual exercise sessions for clients (primarily with diabetes or lifestyle diseases).
- Assess client fitness levels and create customized workout plans.
- Motivate and monitor client progress regularly.
- Educate clients on the importance of physical activity in managing health.
- Coordinate with dietitians and doctors for integrated care.
- Maintain client logs and session reports digitally.

**Eligibility**:

- **Fitness trainers /graduates /physiotherapists**:

- Freshers or final-year students can also apply.
- Good communication skills in **Tamil and/or English**.
- Passion for helping people through fitness.
- Smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection is a must.
