**Your Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Helping our students succeed in excel and google sheets by:

- Giving feedback to them on some of the existing exercises that students work on
- Discussing live data sheets and making students practice various formulas that we teach them as a part of the curriculum
- We currently estimate ~2 two-hour sessions every week. This number may vary based on the batch needs and schedule
- 2. Help the Kraftshala team strengthen the Excel Training by:

- Sharing on-ground insights on student engagement and challenges
- Thought partnering with our team (wherever needed) to curate and create problems and model solutions that are well aligned with the syllabus of our recruiting partners
- Ensuring you are consistent with our training methods and philosophy

**You are a good fit if**:
1. You are passionate about coaching and simplifying complicated excel methods
- 2. Have the critical thinking ability and knack to solve data queries effectively and efficiently. You should also be quick to observe misconceptions in student understanding, figure out reasons for the confusion and appropriately problem-solve to help students master key concepts
