We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Part-Time Mentor for C++ and DSA. As a C++ and DSA mentor, you will provide guidance, support, and expertise to individuals seeking to develop specific skills or knowledge related to C++ and DSA. You will work in small groups, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and goals. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to share their expertise and make a positive impact on others' lives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Provide Mentorshi**p: Offer personalized guidance and mentorship to school students seeking to develop specific skills or knowledge in your area of expertise.

2. **Assess Individual** **Needs**: Evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, and learning objectives of each mentee to develop a tailored mentoring plan.

3. **Develop Learning Objectives**: Collaborate with mentees to set clear, achievable goals and objectives based on their skill level and aspirations.

4. **Design Learning Activities**: Create engaging and interactive learning activities, exercises, and resources to facilitate mentees' skill development.

5. **Deliver Effective Feedback**: Provide constructive feedback to mentees, highlighting areas of improvement and offering suggestions for further growth.

6. **Track Progress**: Regularly assess mentees' progress towards their goals, adjusting the mentoring approach as needed to ensure maximum effectiveness.

7. **Foster Motivation**: Encourage and inspire mentees to stay motivated and committed to their learning journey, offering support and guidance during challenging times.

8. **Share Expertise**: Share your knowledge, experiences, and industry insights to broaden mentees' understanding and help them navigate challenges.

9. **Stay Current**: Continuously update your own knowledge and skills in the field to provide the most up-to-date and relevant guidance.

10. **Maintain Documentation**: Keep accurate records of mentoring sessions, progress reports, and any relevant information to monitor and evaluate mentees' growth.

**Requirements**:
1. **Expertise**: Possess a high level of proficiency and expertise in the skill or field in which you will mentor others.

2. **Experience**: Have previous experience mentoring or teaching others, either formally or informally.

3. **C++**:Must be aware of the C++ programming language.

4. **Data Structure**:Well versed with data structure of software development.

5. **Algorithm**: Must have persistent knowledge of different algorithm.

6. **Organization**: Have strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple mentees, their goals, and progress.

Patience: Exhibit patience and a genuine interest in helping others learn and grow, as mentoring can involve addressing various learning curves and obstacles.

7. **Professionalism**: Conduct yourself in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and respecting mentees' privacy.

8. **Availability**: Be able to commit to regular part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary, to accommodate mentees' schedules.

9. **Continuous Learning**: Show a commitment to personal and professional development by staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to your area of expertise.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the relevant field.

2. Certification or formal training in mentoring, coaching, or teaching.

3. Familiarity with mentoring tools, software, or platforms for remote mentoring sessions.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
