1. Research:
a. Conduct secondary research weekly, focusing on workplace mental health in the SEA

(Southeast Asia) and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) regions.

b. Compile and update data on various mental health challenges in these regions weekly,

keeping track of new findings.

c. Create a structure for a future report

2. Content Creation: Assist in setting up a bi-monthly newsletter, coordinating with marketing team for SEA-specific content, themes will come from our clients and partners

3. Partner Engagement:

Category 2: Alliance

1. Support for Learning Circles and Workshops:
a. Create Zoom links for learning circles and workshops.

b. Announce to internal team members regarding learning circles and workshops

c. Summarize the key points from each learning circle session and add to template

d. Break down Zoom recordings into short clips (around 2 minutes each) and upload them to the drive weekly.

e. Design posters for various alliance engagements.

f. Assist in structuring the learning circle flow

Category 3:Newsletter and Buddy Engagement

1. Newsletter:
a. Help structure the newsletter in a format similar to previous editions.

b. Compile provided content and organize it logically and creatively

c. Coordinate with the external design team to ensure the newsletter is ready and sent out

by the 15th of each month.

2. Buddy Engagement:
a. Brainstorm and develop new ideas for monthly Buddy engagement initiatives to be

facilitated at the end of each month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.06 per month
