Psychlth provides compassionate and professional mental health services to individuals and families in our community. I am a counselling psychologist who offers personalized counselling to support clients in their journey toward mental well-being.

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team at Psychlth. As a Social Media Intern, you will work closely with our counselling psychologist to develop and implement a social media strategy that effectively promotes our services, engages our audience, and raises awareness about mental health issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the counselling psychologist to develop and execute social media campaigns and initiatives that align with our brand and mission.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform our social media strategy and content development.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, such as engagement rates and audience demographics, to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on social media performance to the counselling psychologist and make recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate (bachelors) from a degree program in marketing, communications, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and visual content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Passion for mental health advocacy and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
- Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
