The Quality Assistant will support the quality department in ensuring that all products and services meet the company's quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams within the organization. The Quality Assistant will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system and will also be responsible for conducting quality inspections, audits, and documentation reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of the quality management system
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Review and approve documents related to quality management, including policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Assist in the investigation of quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions
- Track and report on quality performance metrics to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality management system
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management)
- 1-3 years of experience in a quality-related role
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:

- Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
- Experience with quality inspection and auditing
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management

Working conditions: The Quality Assistant will work in an office environment and may occasionally need to visit production facilities to conduct quality inspections and audits. This role may require occasional overtime and travel.
