Quality Control Assistant

**Job Description - Quality Control Coordinator / Assistant**

This is a hands-on laboratory leadership position and job responsibilities for the position will include:
v Leading process development for electroplating technologies, including definition and validation of preferred operating parameters, chemistry maintenance methods, and plating layer stacks

v Performing failure analysis and providing troubleshooting support for qualification and production activities

v Processing sample parts for internal and customer testing, from laboratory sampling efforts to support of pilot production for product qualification

v Setting own and multi-person experimental work plans, and executing on associated timelines

v Updating of all MSDS sheets

v Waste treatment experience and record keeping for permits and various gov't agencies.

v Perform routine maintenance analyses of pilot electroplating baths

v To set-up and perform bench-top electroplating trials under guidance of the project leaders Assist with customer prototype sample production as required

v Preparation, Issuance, Control, Review, Archival and Maintenance of Records of various Documents like SOP’s, Batch records (BMR/BPR), Equipment cleaning record, logbooks, etc.

v Handling of process validation, cleaning validation activities and closure with proper documentation.

v Evaluation and Closure of Deviation, CAPA, OOS, Change control with proper documentation.

v Root cause analysis of Quality related issue and Implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) through proper documentation.

v Preparation of new SOP’s and modification in SOP’s as per change control.

v Planning, co-ordination and conducting training program on cGMP topics as well as on job SOP’s training as per training schedule for employees and as well as for new joiness.

v Preparing training calendar and matrix after assessing individual’s training need and maintaining all the training records.

v Preparation of response (compliance report) to various regulatory and customer audit observations

v Handling vendor evaluation activities.

v Assuring cGMP compliance on Shop floor by solving product related issue and proper co-ordination with other departments for smooth functioning of system.

v Investigation of market complaint, preparing the response for the complainant and closure of the Market complaint through proper documentation.

v Handling and assist in different regulatory audits like(USFDA,TGA, COFEPRIS,WHO etc.) and customer audits.

v Delivering presentations to an audience of Manager Level within the business.

v Evaluation and Closure of Deviation with proper documentation.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Msc Organic / Analytical Chemistry with highly proficient in MS Office, Tally ERP & Advance Excel like V LOOK UP, H LOOK UP, and PIVOT TABLE, PPT.
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Marathi.
- Good interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
