Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.

2. Testing and Analysis: Perform various tests, such as grammage, brightness, and strength, to evaluate the quality of paper products.

3. Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control data, including test results and inspection reports.

4. Non-Conformance Reporting: Identify and report any non-conformities or defects in raw materials, work-in-progress, or finished goods.

5. Corrective Action: Assist in implementing corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

6. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and suggest ways to improve processes and products.

7. Training and Development: Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Degree prferably in science stream or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control in the paper industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and testing methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
