Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Engineer to join our Quality Service Support team. As a Fresher Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing quality service support to our customers. This includes assisting in quality inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to kick-start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing prompt and effective solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer support, to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Assist in analyzing and documenting quality data, identifying trends, and suggesting process improvements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address quality issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of service reports, customer feedback, and quality records.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality service support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Strong theoretical knowledge and understanding of quality control and assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Quality Service Support: 1 year (preferred)
