Quality Trainee

The Quality Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the company's quality management system. They will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, monitor and analyze quality metrics, and assist in the resolution of quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Assist in the resolution of quality issues and non-conformances
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records
- Contribute to the development of training materials related to quality
- Provide support to other departments on quality-related matters as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Quality Management, Engineering, or a Science discipline)
- 1-2 years of experience in a quality-related role
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, FDA regulations)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in a relevant quality management system (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Technician, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)
- Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
- Experience with statistical process control or other quality improvement methodologies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
