**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**:

- Design and implement sales training programs focused on stock market concepts, products, and strategies.
- Create training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to the needs of the sales team.
- **Sales Team Development**:

- Conduct regular training sessions to improve the sales team's product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to team members as needed.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, sales performance metrics, and skill evaluations.
- Identify areas for improvement and update training content accordingly.
- **Stock Market Expertise**:

- Stay updated on stock market trends, products, and regulations to ensure accurate and current training.
- Train the team on portfolio management, trading platforms, and investment strategies.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and inspire the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align training objectives with business goals.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a liaison between the sales and product development teams to address challenges and gather feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 3-4 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the stock market or financial services domain.
- Strong knowledge of stock market concepts, trading platforms, and financial products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as NISM, CFA, or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
