**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions
- Java Fullstack, Angular, React, Python, GenAI, Dotnet, SAP, Salesforce, Azure, and Testing
- Identify and utilize multiple sourcing channels like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, social media, employee referrals, and job forums
- Conduct in-depth screening and shortlisting based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure closure within set deadlines
- Negotiate offers and notice periods, ensuring smooth handover from selection to onboarding
- Track and report daily/weekly hiring metrics

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of Domestic IT recruitment best practices
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of timely closures and handling multiple requirements simultaneously
- Capable of handling last-minute dropouts and no-shows professionally
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment
- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
