We are seeking a driven and experienced **Freelance Technical Recruiter** to join our growing team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier tech talent across various domains including software engineering, DevOps, data science, cybersecurity, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and hiring timelines.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Stay up to date with tech industry trends and talent market shifts.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **technical recruiter**, either in-house or agency (freelance or contract experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of software development roles and technical terminology.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote and asynchronous environment.

**Contract Details**:

- **Type**: Freelance / Hourly or Per-hire basis (flexible compensation model)
- **Location**: Fully Remote (Global applicants welcome)
- **Duration**: Project-based with potential for ongoing collaboration
