**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, providing the best possible solution and escalating cases to the supervisor as necessary.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in CRM software.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Offer personalized customer service in **Telugu** and **Hindi**, adapting communication style to fit customer needs and ensuring language clarity and understanding.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement in service quality and process enhancement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in **Telugu and Hindi**; proficiency in English is a plus.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, basic computer skills, and ability to use Excel for reporting purposes.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role or similar.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service for e-commerce, retail, or telecommunications industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (optional but preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
