**Customer Service Executive - UHG Healthcare Process**
**Location**: Malad, Mumbai
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Shift Timings**: US Shift - Between 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (Any 9 hours working)
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹41,000 (in-hand, based on experience & skills)
A leading international BPO is hiring experienced professionals for its UHG Healthcare Customer Service process. The role involves assisting US-based customers, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate and timely support while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of international BPO experience** (Customer Service process)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- HSC or Graduate from any stream
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts within the US shift window
- All educational and previous employment documents are **mandatory**
