**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive - Voice (US Healthcare)

**Location**: Airoli Navi Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time | Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls for our US healthcare process. The role involves assisting patients, providers, and insurance representatives with queries related to medical claims, billing, eligibility, and prior authorizations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls from US-based customers
- Resolve queries related to healthcare claims, billing, and policy coverage
- Maintain accurate call logs and update systems accordingly
- Adhere to HIPAA and company compliance standards
- Meet quality and productivity targets

**Requirements**:

- Any BPO experienced with completed documents available will be added advantage
- 6months-2 years of experience in a US healthcare voice process preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work night shifts & Rational shifts
- Day time no can facilities & One way cab provided
- self traveling & out of boundary not consider

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
