We are hiring experienced professionals for a Healthcare Customer Service role with a leading international BPO in Powai, Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and prior international BPO experience.

Location: Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Role: Customer Service Executive – Healthcare (US Process)

Salary: Up to ₹42,000 in-hand per month (based on last drawn salary & experience)

Shift: US Shift – 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (any 9 working hours)

Work Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for healthcare customers in the US
  • Assist with queries related to healthcare benefits, insurance claims, billing, and accounts
  • Maintain accuracy while handling sensitive healthcare information
  • Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum 1 year International BPO experience (voice process preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with customers
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)
  • All documents must be available
