Customer Service Executive – Night Shift

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA + Night Shift Allowance upto 3k + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Fresher/Experienced

Shift: Night (Cab Facility Provided between 7 PM-7 AM)

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to manage customer calls, resolve queries, and deliver excellent service. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; BPO experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls (US Healthcare process)
  • Resolve queries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain call records and meet performance targets
  • Upsell/cross-sell products where applicable

Requirements

  • Graduate/12th pass with strong English communication
  • Clear voice, accent neutrality, and basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
  • Age: 18 years and above
