We are looking for a results-driven HVAC Sales and Estimation Executive to support our sales team by preparing accurate project estimates and proposals. You’ll play a key role in securing new projects through technical expertise, client engagement, and cost-effective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare **technical and commercial proposals** for HVAC/MEP projects.
- Perform **estimation of equipment, and labor costs** based on project requirements and provide technical consultations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project handovers and execution.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements, technical standards, and company policies.
- Track and follow up on submitted bids and sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in estimation and/or sales preferably in HVAC or MEP.
- Strong knowledge of **mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and technical terms**.
- Good communication, documentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **ASHRAE/IS standards**.
- Familiarity with costing and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
