Position overview: - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Sales with an

understanding of HVAC systems combined with excellent sales and management skills. This role

involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating

with the engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market

share.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the HVAC industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC/Industrial/Corporate

industry.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
