Position overview: - We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager Sales

engineering background combined with extensive experience in sales, particularly within the HVAC

industry. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client

relationships, and ensuring that technical solutions meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand

market presence.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve

individual and team goals.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized HVAC solutions that meet their

needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in sales 8 years and above, preferably in the HVAC/Industrial/Corporate industry.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
