Hvac Foreman

**Position Title**: Foreman - HVAC

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Salary Range**: 3,000 SAR - 3,700 SAR
**Qualification**: Diploma in a relevant field
**Experience**: Minimum 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and implement Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and quality control procedures.
- Supervise, evaluate, and report on the performance of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and overhaul a variety of HVAC equipment.
- Inspect completed work orders to ensure compliance with quality standards and proper completion.
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) on advanced HVAC systems.
- Address and resolve client complaints and service requests effectively.
- Coordinate the installation and commissioning of new HVAC equipment and systems.
- Provide training and guidance to HVAC technicians, supporting skill development and team competency.
- Plan and manage inventory of HVAC spare parts and materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Supervise a team ranging from six to fourteen HVAC technicians.
- Must have experience servicing both water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, including helical screw and centrifugal equipment.

Pay: ₹68,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
