**KRA**
- Taking care of HVAC/ MEP designing using AutoCAD
- Understanding requirement and drafting them as per requirement.
- Preparation of preliminary SLD
- Preparation of drawings with CAD & documents within stipulated target time.
- Drafting plans and detailed drawings
- Creating HVAC and MEP equipment layout in AutoCAD.
- Preparation of tender drawings & other Documents.
- Preparation of drawings required for tender/sales proposals.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Understanding of MEP symbols.
- Design and draft MEP / HVAC drawings
- Responsible for the development of detailed design drawings and specifications for electrical systems using computer-assisted drafting (CAD).
- Draft working drawings, wiring diagrams, wiring connection specifications or cross-sections of underground cables, as required for instructions to installation crew.
- Explain drawings to teams and provide adjustments as necessary.
- Complete layout drawings and HVAC schematics in AutoCAD.
- Review and correct HVAC designs as required.
- Creating shop drawings
- Adhere to company and project policies in HVAC/ MEP drawing creation.

**Skills Required**:
ITI/ Diploma/ BE in Mechanical

1 yr+ Experience in Drafting
