Lead a Team of 30+ consultants servicing 24 X 7 multiple region within APAC market 2. Ensuring consultants actively meet and exceed requirements and service level agreements. 3. Ensure understanding and compliance with the client travel policy, SLA, operational procedures and metrics. 4. Promote an environment that fosters success through effective reward and recognition of high performing team members. 5. Accountable for service consistency and continuous improvement, driving the change agenda from strategy to actions. 6. Provides regular and detailed communication on progress against performance targets and timelines 7. Liaise with service delivery / quality teams across markets to understand root cause of operational service delivery issues and to drive timely resolution and introduce process changes. 8. Deliver agreed reporting to Internal/ external stakeholders as requested on key operational metrics 9. Participate in service review meeting’s with client. Critical Challenges 1. Ensure best in class, consistent service delivery to our global client. 2. Ensure staffing stability & engagement 3. Continually review processes to ensure best in class. Needs to be flexible with shift timings. Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent Unique Knowledge & Skills 1. Excellent English language skills 2. Ability to drive new processes, question current practices and seek improvement 3. Ability to coach & develop team & individual training and development schemes, in conjunction with relevant departments 4. Excellent people leader skills 5. Strong understanding of travel operations, suppliers, and systems 6. Excellent interpersonal skills 7. In depth Travel Industry knowledge and experience of various APAC markets 8. Excellent communication ability including written and oral presentation skills 9. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills in relation to travel-related processes 10. Excellent administrative and time management skills 11.
