Our mission is to help millions of people live healthier, more mindful, and more balanced lives — powered by technology, compassion, and science.We’re building next-generation AI-driven wellness solutions — from intelligent conversational systems to personalized coaching experiences — and we’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who’s ready to push the boundaries of what AI can do for humanity.What You’ll DoAs a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and LLM-based applications that make wellness more personal, intelligent, and accessible.You’ll research, architect, and productionize cutting-edge systems — working at the intersection of deep learning, language modeling, and scalable backend engineering.🔬 Core ResponsibilitiesResearch & Experimentation:Stay at the frontier of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic systems. Explore and extend frameworks like LangGraph, adaptive RAG, and NL2SQL, and integrate long-term memory tools such as Mem0 or graph-based memory layers to sustain context and coherence across user interactions.End-to-End Engineering:Design, build, and deploy AI applications using FastAPI, Python, Vector Databases, and modern ML stacks.System Ownership:Manage the full ML lifecycle — from data pipelines and model training to evaluation, monitoring, and scaling.Collaboration:Work closely with product, design, and customer teams to deliver impactful, AI-enhanced experiences.Communication:Translate complex AI concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.What We’re Looking For🧩 Experience3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, LLMs, or Generative AI.Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.Strong understanding of ML architectures, data structures, and system design.⚙️ Technical SkillsLanguages & Frameworks: Python (expert), PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAXGenAI Stack: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, AI Agents, NL2SQL, MCPBackend & Infra: FastAPI, Node.js, MongoDB, Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone)MLOps & Productivity: CI/CD, containerization, and AI IDEs like Cursor🎓 EducationBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related fieldPh.D. or equivalent research experience in AI/ML/NLP is a plus💬 Soft SkillsExcellent communication and storytelling — able to translate AI into business impact.Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.Self-starter with a passion for innovation, wellness, and human-centered technology.Why Join Wellness Coach🚀 Build real-world AI that improves people’s lives🌎 Collaborate with a global, mission-driven team🧘‍♂️ Work in a culture that values balance, creativity, and growth💡 Access to top-tier AI infrastructure and mentorship💼 Competitive compensation and flexible work environment
