**The opportunity**
Unity is at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, helping developers and advertisers create thriving ecosystems through our innovative User Acquisition (UA) and monetization solutions. As a Client Partner on the Unity Ads Demand team, you'll manage relationships with gaming advertisers in the INSEA region, helping them achieve their UA marketing goals and optimize their advertising performance. You'll act as the main point of contact for advertisers utilizing our suite of solutions, including Unity, IronSource, and Tapjoy/Offerwall.

This is an exciting role for someone in the early stages of their career who brings a passion for gaming, mobile advertising, strategy, and relationship-building. You'll play a key part in managing client needs while contributing to Unity's regional growth targets in mobile monetization and performance UA advertising.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming advertisers, acting as their main point of contact to drive campaign performance and deliver on revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Unity's UA solutions across platforms, while proactively addressing client needs and campaign challenges.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of advertiser goals.
- Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing strategic insights and performance recommendations.
- Represent Unity at key industry events and client meetings to deepen relationships and position Unity as a UA and monetization leader.

**What we're looking for**
- Hands-on experience with UA/campaign managers platforms, preferably Unity Ads, ironSource Ads and/or Tapjoy.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibility.
- Familiarity with the INSEA business culture and specifically the mobile apps/games industry-Proven record of providing support or account management to regional clients
- A proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, with measurable revenue success.
- Great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

- Comfort juggling multiple priorities and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry and its unique UA challenges and opportunities.
- A knack for identifying growth opportunities and going beyond the day-to-day to create impact.
- Experience preparing reports and strategic insights for clients and leadership stakeholders.
