Accounts and Administration Officer

**Accounting Responsibilities**:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally)
- Handle accounts
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Generate invoices and follow up on payments
- Support in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Handle office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination
- Assist in coordinating internal meetings and office events
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Support HR in onboarding and documentation of new employees
- Manage correspondence, courier, and incoming calls
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
