- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential shortages or overstock situations.
- Utilizing inventory management systems to track and manage stock.
- Ensuring proper storage and organization of goods within the warehouse.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff, including loaders, packers, and drivers.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Coordinating the dispatch of goods according to schedules and delivery requirements.
- Implementing and enforcing warehouse operational procedures and standards.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Preparing and maintaining accurate warehouse documentation, such as goods received notes, dispatch notes, and inventory reports.
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and filed correctly.
- Generating reports on warehouse activities and performance.
