As a Warehouse Coordinator, He will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the proper storage and handling of products. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving challenges within the warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and products within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including performing cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures and warehouse best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of goods in and out, including tracking inventory levels and shipments.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for warehouse operations, improving productivity and reducing costs.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to inventory or shipments.
- Ensure that products are properly labeled, stored, and arranged for easy retrieval.
- Perform regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist in implementing inventory control strategies and warehouse management systems (WMS).

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in logistics is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices within a warehouse setting.
