**Job Title**: Warehouse and Logistics Officer

**Department**: Warehouse and Logistics

**Reports To**: Director

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse and Logistics Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the warehouse and logistics operations. This includes ensuring adherence to company values, compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and effective use of resources and software systems like ERP to maintain operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Adherence to Company Value System**:

- Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse and logistics.
- Display transparency in interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Uphold and promote the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Efficiently utilize ERP software and other tools to ensure transparency and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- **Logistics and Inventory Management**:

- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement and delivery of goods.
- **Warehouse Management**:

- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to ensure optimal storage and accessibility.
- Monitor the condition of the warehouse and ensure it meets safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse operations to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and guide warehouse staff in daily operations.
- Provide training and support to ensure staff adherence to SOPs and company values.
- Manage shift schedules and workload distribution among team members.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse and logistics activities to the Director.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in ERP software and other logistics management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in warehouse management.
