**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and oversee the dispatch of goods from the warehouse to customers or other facilities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of shipments.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations and verify the accuracy of orders against inventory records.
- Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documentation, such as shipping labels, invoices, and delivery notes, while generating reports on dispatch activities, delivery timelines, and discrepancies.
- Inspect goods before dispatch to ensure they meet quality and packaging standards, addressing and resolving any errors or issues in dispatch processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or dispatch roles.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in inventory management systems and software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as required
- Physical ability to lift and move packages if necessary.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations is a plus.
