The Dispatch executive handles all the operations & recordkeeping of the company's warehouse. Good inward outward, invoicing, labour coordination, logistics coordination etc are all under his scope. The DE should enjoy working in a warehouse operation role, have good understanding of excel, tally & have great team handling skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ecommerce Dispatch
- DE is responsible for all invoicing, packing, recordkeeping & handling of operations & shipping of ecommerce orders.
- Offline Orders Dispatch & recordkeeping
- Responsible for Billing, dispatch, all documentation work for dispatch & transport, payment collection, sales bill, purchase bill, party ledger accounts entries in Tally 9.
- Stock keeping.
- Inventory maintenance, Dispatch, Stock Valuation work experience is must.
- Finished goods Inward recordkeeping.
- Recordkeeping & correct documentation of all goods that come into the warehouse.
- Once it’s inwarded, ensures correct placements labelling of the goods.
- Management of Warehouse helpers.
- Raw material inward & outward
- Warehouse Management

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Excellent command over MS Excel.
- Knowledge of entries & billing in tally.
- Experience of dispatch of stores work.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
