**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative with knowledge of Social Media Marketing to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Engage with customers through social media channels, addressing their queries and feedback.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer interactions and respond in a timely manner.
- Assist in creating engaging content and campaigns for social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices in social media customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance customer experiences.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer service across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.

**CTC**: Upto 2.4 LPA

**Location**: CBD Belapur.
