
Customer Success Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Onboarding**:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Provide training sessions to help customers understand the features and functionalities of our products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems promptly and effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively assist and advise customers.
- Stay informed about product updates and communicate relevant information to customers.
- **Customer Feedback**:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights to the product development team based on customer input.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to explore growth opportunities.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Document customer feedback and share insights with the broader team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
