**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Assist in onboarding new customers by providing them with product knowledge and helping them get started with the platform- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer success- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes- Proactively reach out to customers to provide product updates, address concerns, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate any complex problems to senior team members when needed- Track customer interactions and updates in CRM tools, ensuring all data is accurately recorded- Work closely with the product and development teams to provide customer feedback that will enhance future releases- Contribute to improving processes and creating new resources that help customers succeed (e.g., tutorials, FAQs, product documentation)
**What We Require**:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, customer support, or account management- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer support software is a plus- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the role

- You have a track record of delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations- You are a quick learner with an ability to grasp new technologies and platforms easily- You show initiative by suggesting new ways to improve customer experience and processes- You have prior experience working in a SaaS or IT environment- You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities- You possess strong interpersonal skills, making it easy for you to build rapport with customers
