About the Role

As a CX & Community Associate, you'll be the go-to person for our customers—helping them post-purchase, solving queries with empathy, and building lasting relationships. You'll also play a key role in keeping our community active, engaged, and happy.

What We're Looking For

Graduate in any stream (bonus if you're from Communications, Marketing, or Business) Freshers can apply (prior customer success/support/community experience is a plus) Strong communication skills—both written and spoken

Good at listening, problem-solving, and organizing work

Comfortable with basic tools like Google Sheets/Excel & CRM platforms

Someone proactive, empathetic, and community-driven
