About the Role

A Customer Success Associate (CSA) supports customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of your products. They’re focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and often stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with your business.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers
- Timely follow-up from customer
- Provide customer support & resolve their query.
- Coordinate with client & internal team.
- Arrange meetings for demonstration for services & give it to concerned departments.
- Good communication skills
- Mature and Polite behaviour with customers.
- Good in customer interaction.
- Able to handle healthy relation with the customer.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
