DUTIES:

- Compliance Monitoring
- ELD and Log Books Audit
- Maintain Driver Qualification Files
- Drug and Alcohol Program
- Equipment files (PM & Annual)
- Date entry for Fleet maintenance records
- Work with other department handle driver complaints and improve driver retention
- Perform other administrative and general tasks as they arise

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English - Hindi or Punjabi
- Knowledge of Hours or Service and MTO and DOT regulations ( Asset)
- Keen attention to detail, good time management and organizational skills
- Trucking Software knowledge
- ELD platform knowledge
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize work to meet deadlines
- Database management skills a must
- Available to work on some weekends and be on call
- Experience with other trucking companies is a plus
- General understanding of North American regions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
