**Company Overview**:
We are a well-established transportation consulting company providing safety and compliance support to fleets and drivers. We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our Safety & Compliance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) logs from ELD systems.
- Maintain and audit Driver Qualification Files.
- Enter and track fleet maintenance records.
- Monitor compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage CVOR-related records and events.
- Prepare reports and follow up with drivers on violations, tickets, accidents, injuries, and claims.
- Support driver retention activities and handle driver concerns.
- Order driver abstracts for annual reviews.
- Track and evaluate driver performance metrics (fuel usage, border crossings, etc.).
- Update records and prepare compliance reports as required.
- Be available for occasional emergency calls or weekend tasks.
- Assist with other Safety & Compliance functions as needed.

**Requirements / Eligibility**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Punjabi as a second language is an asset).
- Knowledge of Hours of Service, MTO/DOT regulations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency: Zoho CRM, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, PDF tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Database management skills are required.
- Prior experience in trucking/transport compliance is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Office-based (Ludhiana)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
