To strengthen our safety standards, we are looking for a qualified **Safety Officer** with an **RLI-certified degree in Industrial Safety** to ensure compliance, risk management, and employee well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections across the manufacturing unit.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with preventive measures.
- Organize safety training, awareness programs, and emergency drills for staff.
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, labor laws, and relevant environmental & safety regulations.
- Supervise the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe handling of machinery and chemicals.
- Maintain safety documentation, permits, and records for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities and external agencies during inspections or compliance audits.
- Foster a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Mandatory RLI (Regional Labour Institute) Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety**.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience as a Safety Officer in an auto parts/automotive/manufacturing setup.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety laws, standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
