**_JOB Responsibilities:

- _**
- Inspection of Incoming material Monitoring and guiding of Incoming Inspection to clear good quality material with minimum rejection.
- Final inspection of products before dispatch.
- Maintaining 5S at work place.
- Encourages the subordinates to involve in 5S, QC and other improvement activities.
- Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC.
- Handling Customer Complains.
- Sample inspection of new development component.
- Corrective & preventing action plans for in house rejection.
- Reduce the Setting time by process improvements
- Measure the level of 5S through check sheet and monthly audit.
- Monitoring over all equipment efficiency (OEE).
- Implementing Kaizen on shop floor.
- Prepare presentation for Company's improvements.
- Prepare Control plan for all parts.
- Use instruments (Vernier caliper ,micrometer ,height gauge).
- Entering inspection results into a database.
