About the Role:
Swapple Solutions is seeking highly motivated Sales Executives to promote our AI-powered lead generation solutions. This is a purely commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who thrive on closing deals, hitting targets, and earning based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively reach out to potential clients in industries like real estate, insurance, marketing, and education
Understand client needs and pitch relevant plans effectively
Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize earnings through conversions
Provide product demos and resolve client queries
Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage client relationships
Report progress and maintain accurate records of leads and sales
**Requirements**:
Prior experience in sales, business development, or telesales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Self-driven with a go-getter attitude
Access to phone, internet, and basic CRM tools
Pay: ₹9,028.16 - ₹45,715.30 per month
