**Job Locations**: Hyderabad, Telangana.

**Salary**: ₹18,000 per month + Fuel Allowance + Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and connect with potential customers for wood-based particle boards.
- **Territory Management**:

- Drive sales within the assigned region by understanding and catering to local market needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Participate in trade shows, campaigns, and meetings to promote the company's products.
- **Education**: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in local languages for effective communication with clients.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer needs is a plus.
- **Requirements**:

- **Must own a two-wheeler** for local travel.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹18,000 per month.
- **Fuel Allowance**: Provided for travel.
- **Incentives**: Performance-based incentives to reward achievements.
- **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- **Holidays**: Sundays off.
