Functional Area: Handling projects and government alliances.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Handling project responsibilities end to end starting from the initial till the end. It includes seeking out the best possibilities regarding government projects.
2. In lieu of the project tender’s date, time and applicability ,take care of timely compilation and submission of the necessary project, information and documentation.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
5. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
8. Manage the relationship with the client an all stakeholders.
9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and report and escalate to management as needed.
11. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
12. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as others.
13. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
14. Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Government as well as Interior Fit-out - Commercial Projects.
- Proven working experience in Project Management.
- Excellent client-handling and external communication skills.
- Coordinating and communicating with various internal and external functions and departments.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google sheets etc.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Proven knowledge and experience of Risk Management, Time Management, Stakeholder Management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Design.
- Working knowledge on Scheduling.
- Vendor Management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
