Project coordinator that help the management to manage resources and information and assist with tender data management, coordinate with internal stakeholders, channel partners and project activities. The project coordinator role may include additional duties and responsibilities and require expertise in a specific area, such as Sales coordination & IT.

**A Day in the Life**
- To work with cross-functional proposal team members to help respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs)/Bids
- Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage the proposal development process to ensure on-timely submission of RFP/Bid
- Solicit management reviews and approvals during bid submission.
- Monitor bid/tender content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements
- Monitor for relevant competitive procurement opportunities, managing the bid opportunities pipeline and circulating opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders
- Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
- Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
- Gathers and compiles information for reports.
- Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review and tracking

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Requires knowledge of Sales support/sales coordination.
- Should have good communication skills. Should have an experience on data management
- Requires minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience.

**Nice to Have**
- Qualifications with sales & marketing, finance or Business
- Outgoing personality with limited travel if required
- Experience in working for a Healthcare Company
