**Job Description**:
Conduct regular ITI assessment
Ensure Instructors and the trainees demonstrate the safety behavior
Outreach to local industry and industry association via Business Membership Organizations (BMOs) and engage them in the project and identify opportunities for In-plant training
Liaise with local ITI and Industry for engagement of trainees for the in-plant training for 1 -2 months under guidance from PM
Follow-up and ensure that the ITI’s provide every trainee with coverage under Accidental Insurance and PPEs as required
He or she will coordinate with other departments, ITI staff, MSMEs Local Networks, Master Trainers, Planning, Tracking and reporting to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible
Experienced personnel in ITI technical training co-facilitate Master Trainer and Project Manager
Reporting into Project Manager
Essential Qualification
5+ years of successful experience and a proven track record of project coordination, MSME connect at local level, business support
3+ years’ experience out of overall experience Business Coordination, 2+ years’ experience in ITI/Polytechnic/Technical Training/Education.
The Project Coordinator will support Project Management end to end. Support in various aspects of projects services
The responsibilities include the coordination and supporting in completion of projects on time and within scope
Coordinate and drive with project resource/stakeholders to achieve set performance targets
Check and monitor deadlines, capture and summarize progress of project
Prepare reports for upper management & client regarding status of project
Training/Education Management, Employability Skills & Placement Management
