About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Cloud Project Coordinator to join our team in Gurugram. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operations, invoicing, and cross-team coordination to ensure the smooth execution of cloud projects and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in coordinating cloud implementation and service delivery activities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across internal teams ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare, validate, and track client invoicing in coordination with internal accounts and project stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Monitor and track project progress, escalating issues or delays proactively.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams for seamless project execution.
  • Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility.
  • Assist in resource allocation, meeting scheduling, and ensuring compliance with internal cloud processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cloud/IT, or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related functions (preferably in IT or Cloud domain).
  • Strong skills in documentation, invoicing, and project tracking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
