Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed BOQs for upcoming KFC & PH new stores and refurbishments.
  • Compile CAPEX budgets aligned to project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to translate drawings into accurate BOQs.
  • Compile the MEP BOQs prepared by MEP Team.
  • Collaborate with Purchase, Vendors, and Project Teams for rate checks, cost validation, and budget finalization.
  • Support in evaluating vendor quotations and aligning them with approved BOQs.
  • Track budget vs. actual project spend and highlight deviations for timely corrective action.
  • Maintain a repository of BOQs, CAPEX files, and cost databases for reference and audits.
  • Contribute to periodic cost optimization exercises by identifying savings opportunities.

Educational Background (preferred):

  • Civil Engineer / Architect / Interior Designer
  • Diploma holders with strong BOQ/estimation experience may also apply.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory for quantification).
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office for BOQ/CAPEX preparation and reporting.
  • Understanding of construction costs, MEP services, and QSR/retail fit-out works.
  • Prior experience in budgeting, estimation, or cost control.

Experience:

  • 3–7 years' experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, or cost management within retail, QSR, or commercial interiors.
  • Experience in handling CAPEX planning for multiple projects preferred.
