Whizara offers student-centered, highly engaging and interactive live online coding courses for K-12 students. The company is looking for a seasoned virtual assistant to join its team. This position is responsible for directly interfacing with customers to ensure smooth day to day operations, playing a key role in expanding Whizara's footprint. If you are an experienced operations professional who is aggressive and self-driven to bring impact in a fast-paced organization, then this position is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day to day tasks related to business operations
- Assist in recruitment
- Assist with creating and managing documentation
- Organize and track requirements for smooth business operations

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior virtual assistant/project management experience
- Super organized and detailed oriented
- Comfortable using collaboration and productivity technology and tools
- Proven track record of successfully managing internal and external communications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fast leaner and highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Agile and ability to work in a fast-paced organization

Pay: ₹11,025.57 - ₹40,006.58 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
